Falanghina Sparkling Brut
Wine obtained from the vine Falanghina, typical of the samnium area. the
color is pale yellow intense, fruity smell reminiscent of pineapple, ripe
pear and green apple. It is soft to the taste and high aromatic persistence

Wine making system

The grapes are harvested a little earlier, after
stemming and crushing are subjected to soft pressing, only the first
portion of the must is fermented at a low temperature. The sparkling
wine production method used is “Charmat”.
Altitude of the vineyards: 200 – 300 m s.l.m (on the level of the sea).
Implant system: Guyot.
Planting density: 1600 – 3500 plants for Ha.
Harvest: September, manual work.
Production per hectare: 90 q/ha.
