Dies Irae
Wine obtained from the vine Falanghina, typical of the samnium area. The
colour is a light yellow with the typical smell of green apple and banana.
The taste is dry, pleasant, soft, with its robust structure and good acidity
make it one of the best white wines from Campania.

Wine making system

Controlled fermentation at 15° - 18°. Addition of
selected yeast fermentation activators. Decanting. Natural defecation
Altitude of the vineyards: 160 – 230 m s.l.m (on the level of the sea).
Implant system: Guyot.
Planting density: 2700 – 3000 plants for ha.
Production per hectare: 90 q/ha.
