Quercus Domina
Wine produced exclusively from the Aglianico grape. It has a ruby red
color with a characteristic smell of jam.
The taste is dry and pleasant, with long-lasting persistence.
Altitude of the vineyards: 160 – 230 m s.l.m (on the level of the sea).
Implant system: Guyot.
Planting density: 2700 – 3000 plants for ha.
Production per hectare: 80 q/ha.

Wine making system

Stainless steel vats, fermentation temperature:
28°-30°C. System of temperature control heat: exchanger tube bundle.
Duration of fermentation and maceration 15 - 20 days. Oenological
operation to increase the release of substances from the grape skins, at
least four daily pumping. Aging in new oak barrels for 2 months.
